The service
Aiela Cloud provides a personal AI assistant that operates through WhatsApp. You subscribe for $25 per month. You get one assistant with 8 built-in skills and unlimited learning capacity. You may teach your assistant anything through PDFs and conversation.
Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. You will be charged $25 USD monthly on the date you subscribed. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by messaging your assistant "cancel subscription." You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months. No exit fees. No questions asked.
What you may not do
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the assistant
- Share your account with multiple people (one person, one assistant)
- Upload malware or malicious content
- Harass, abuse, or misuse your assistant or ours
No medical, legal, or financial advice
Your assistant is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant, or therapist. He can provide general information and reminders, but he does not replace qualified professionals. For medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters, always consult a licensed professional. We are not liable for decisions you make based on your assistant's responses.
Uptime and reliability
We aim for 99% uptime. Occasionally, services may be down for maintenance or due to factors outside our control. We will notify you of planned downtime in advance.
Data and privacy
See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: your data is yours. We do not sell it. You can delete it anytime.
Changes to terms
If we update these terms, we will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
